„Hitman 2,“ starring Kwon Sang-woo, claimed the highest spot on the field workplace throughout the six-day Lunar New Yr vacation.

In response to the Korean Movie Council (KOFIC), the action-comedy topped the vacation field workplace by promoting 1.268 million tickets from Saturday to Thursday, bringing its cumulative whole to 1.51 million.

Coming in second was „Darkish Nuns,“ a supernatural thriller starring Track Hye-kyo, which offered 1.05 million tickets throughout the vacation, pushing its whole to 1.18 million.

„Harbin,“ which premiered on Dec. 24, ranked third, including 221,000 tickets to its cumulative whole of 4.8 million.

Rounding out the highest 4 was „Secret: Untold Melody,“ a Korean remake of Taiwan’s 2007 fantasy-romance movie „Secret.“ Directed by Search engine optimisation Yoo-min and starring Doh Kyung-soo and Gained Jin-ah, the movie drew 189,000 viewers. (Yonhap)
