A person was arrested close to the presidential residence in central Seoul on Sunday for brandishing a field cutter towards demonstrators on the scene, police mentioned.
The center-aged man, whose identification was withheld, was charged with particular intimidation for wielding a field cutter towards protesters who held opposing views, in keeping with the Seoul Yongsan Police Station.
Police plan to research the detailed motive behind the crime. No casualties had been reported.
